Payment methods

VeldrixAI accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Enterprise customers may arrange annual invoicing by contacting sales@veldrixai.ca.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Audit logs are accessible for 30 days post-cancellation, then permanently purged.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of payment. Contact support@veldrixai.ca.
