Payment methods

VeldrixAI accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe — VeldrixAI never sees or stores raw card numbers.

Invoicing

Monthly plans are charged automatically and produce a downloadable receipt. Enterprise customers can arrange annual invoicing and purchase orders via sales@veldrixai.ca.

Cancellation policy

Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Audit logs remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation, then are permanently purged.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of payment — contact support@veldrixai.ca.
