Billing ownership

Billing is managed at the organization level by the Owner role. Subscription, payment method, and plan changes all live under Settings → Billing.

Customer portal

VeldrixAI uses Stripe for payments. The billing page links to the Stripe customer portal, where you can update cards, change plans, and download invoices securely — VeldrixAI never stores raw card data.

Invoices & receipts

Every payment generates a downloadable PDF receipt. Enterprise customers can arrange annual invoicing and purchase orders via sales@veldrixai.ca. See Billing information for payment methods, cancellation, and refunds.
