Manage Accounts (Billing)
Manage your VeldrixAI subscription, payment methods, and billing contacts.
Billing portal
Access your billing portal from Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. The portal is powered by Stripe and allows you to:
- View and download invoices
- Update payment methods
- Change or cancel your plan
- Set spend caps for overage protection
Invoices
Invoices are generated monthly (or annually for annual plans) and sent to the billing email on file. You can also access all invoices from the billing portal.
