Billing Overview
How VeldrixAI billing works — plans, overage, and the evaluation request model.
What counts as a request
One call to POST /api/v1/analyze counts as one evaluation request, regardless of:
- How many pillars run
- Whether background or inline mode is used
- The length of the prompt or response
Overage billing
When your monthly quota is exceeded, additional requests are billed at the overage rate for your plan. Overage is calculated daily and charged at the end of the billing cycle.
Set a spend cap in your billing settings to prevent unexpected charges.
Free trial
All new accounts get a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose any plan or let the workspace expire.
